Shortly before 9am this morning the Alliance Fire Department was called to the Alliance Plaza due to a semi-truck leaking diesel fuel. Crews from the AFD apparently secured the area with help from the Alliance Police Department. The Alliance Plaza is located at 1321 West 3rd Street.
