According to Scottsbluff Police Sgt. Lee Pinet “On 07/05/17 at 11:39 hours, Officers responded to 310 E. 20th St. #3 on a call of a fight in progress and that one male was down.  Statements were taken from those involved and witnesses to what happened.  It was found that a family disturbance led to one male resident, James Moss (42, of Scottsbluff) had been pushed down the front stairs to the apartment by another male resident, Develyn Tasby (24, of Scottsbluff).  Moss was transported by ambulance to RWMC for treatment and Tasby was arrested at the scene for the assault.  Statements about events that happened in the recent past and led up to the incident today resulted in additional charges for Tasby of terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.”
