OMAHA, Neb. (AP) – The festivities around Berkshire Hathaway’s annual meeting continue Sunday with a day of fun events.
Tens of thousands of people packed Omaha’s arena Saturday to listen to Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger take questions for more than five hours.
On Sunday, nearly 2,000 people took part in a 5K run through downtown that was sponsored by Berkshire’s Brooks Running subsidiary.
Then shareholders will move on to the serious business of shopping at Berkshire’s Borsheims jewelry store and Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Buffett plans to play bridge with shareholders at Borsheims and take on table tennis champion Ariel Hsing.
Then Buffett will visit with sharholders enjoying steak at one of his favorite restaurants, Gorat’s.
On Monday, Buffett will face more questions during a series of television interviews.
